CreatePhysicsCircle(world As Integer, x As Integer, y As Integer, radius As Integer, isStatic As Boolean)
Integer
Creates a circular body centered at x, y and returns its body handle.
Circles collide with circles and oriented boxes. Static circles do not move. Dynamic circles can spin through friction and off-center contact impulses.
Pro feature: compiling code that uses this function requires a license with the GamePhysics feature enabled.
